This Criminal Original Petition had been filed seeking for a direction to the first respondent to withdraw the pending complaint of the petitioner in CSR No.166/2023, dated 04.02.2023 from the file of the second respondent police and to entrust the same to the third respondent police, based on the representation of the petitioner, dated 15.04.2023. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that based on the complaint given by the petitioner, enquiry was conducted by the respondents Police. During the enquiry, both parties were appeared and agreed to work out their remedies, through appropriate proceedings. 2/4
