ORDER

The limited prayer sought for in the present writ petition is for a direction to the respondent to conclude the domestic enquiry, which was commenced in the year 2017, within a stipulated period.

2. In the counter affidavit filed by the respondent dated 06.07.2022, it is stated that the Disciplinary Authority will be completed the enquiry proceedings within a period of three (3) months.

3. Recording the statement made therein, there shall be a direction to the respondent herein to conclude the proceedings initiated against the petitioner in Na.Ka.No.30527/2017/A5, dated 20.11.2017, within a period of three (3) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
