2.Mr.M.Rajarajan, Learned Government Advocate takes notice for respondents 1 to 3 and P.Mahendran, Learned counsel takes notice for fourth respondent.

3.This Writ Petitioner seeks issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the second respondent to remove the encroachment made by the fifth respondent and protect the public pathway, in Town Survey No.6517 extent of 6.2362.0 sq.mtrs., of Pudukkottai Town based on the petitioner's representation, dated 14.06.2018.

4.Learned Government Advocate and Learned counsel for fourth respondent seek time towards consideration of the representation.

5.Without going into the merits of the case and recording the above submission of learned Government Advocate, this writ petition shall stand disposed of, with a direction to fourth respondent to consider the representation of petitioner, dated 14.06.2018 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
