There is no representation on the side of the petitioner today. This Court, on the last hearing date, ie., on 27.09.2024, made it clear that if steps are not taken to bring on record the legal heirs of the deceased petitioner before next date of hearing, ie., today, this writ petition shall stand automatically dismissed as abated.
