This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the 2nd respondent to complete the investigation on the complaint of the petitioner dated 03.02.2020 within the time frame as fixed by this Court.

2. The learned Addl. Public Prosecutor submits that on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner, the case in Crime No.1455 of 2021 for the offences punishable under Sections 406 and 420 IPC has been registered on 21.08.2021 against three accused namely, Navaneethakirshnan, Britto and Arun.

3. Since the grievance of the petitioner has been redressed by registering the First Information Report, this petition has become infructuous and the same is dismissed as infructuous.
