This petition has been filed to direct the respondent Nos.1 to 3 not to harass the petitioners and their family members in the guise of enquiry.

Crl.O.P.(MD)No.9539 of 2021 Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that based on the complaint given by the fifth respondent, a case in Crime No.329 of 2021 has been registered for the offence punishable under Sections 294(b), 506(1) IPC.

3. Since the case has been registered, nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition. However, the petitioners are at liberty to work out their remedy before the concerned Court.

4. With these directions, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of as infructuous.
