To prefer this Memorandum of Civil Miscellaneous Appeal against the order dated 06.09.2016 passed by the 1st respondent in Na.Ka.No.13405/N5/N4/2014 modified the order dated 14.11.2014 passed by the 2nd respondent in Si.Pa.No.S.144/14 for the pending Document No.3766/2014.
ORDER : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.M.P.SENTHIL, Advocate for the petitioners, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 611 days in representing the civil miscellaneous appeal in C.M.A.(MD) No.SR44331 of 2016.

2. Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition and also considering the length of delay,
this Court is inclined to condone the delay, subject to the payment of cost of Rs.2,000/- (Rupees Two Thousand only) to the Legal Aid Service Authority, attached to this Bench, within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, failing which, this petition shall stand dismissed automatically, without any further reference to this Court.
3. This petition is accordingly ordered.
