Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and Mr.M.Lingdaurai, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

2.Considering the limited scope of the Writ Petition, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal. The petitioner has sought for implementation of the directions of the fourth respondent in and by proceedings Na.Ka.Aa1/6751/17 dated 20.02.2018. The petitioner has also given a representation on 05.04.2025, seeking implementation of the fourth respondent's order. 3.The grievance of the petitioner is that there is a mistake in the FMB. In this regard, the fourth respondent has given a report finding that there is a mistake and the mistake is sought to be rectified by the petitioner.

4.Considering the above, the Writ Petition is disposed of, directing the second respondent to pass orders on the petitioner's representation, keeping in mind the proceedings of the fourth respondent, Assistant Director, District Land Survey Office, Tuticorin, within a period of eight [8] weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
