[Order of the Court was made by K.KALYANASUNDARAM, J.] This habeas corpus petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking a direction to the respondents herein to secure her husband, namely, Manikandan, Son of Rajendran aged about 40 years and produce before this Court and set him at liberty.
2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, Mr.N.Neelakandan, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents would state that the detenu was working as Appraiser in Canara Bank, Manjur Branch and for his involvement in Crime No.51 of 2020 for the offences punishable under Sections 381, 403, 406, 409, 408, 468, 417, 465 and 466 IPC, he was arrested by the second respondent and remanded to the judicial custody on 09.09.2020.

H.C.P.(MD) No.698 of 2020 3.In the light of the above statement, no further adjudication is required in this matter. Hence, this habeas corpus petition is dismissed.
