ORDER

The present petition is filed by the husband to transfer the case in H.M.O.P.No.80 of 2016 filed by the respondent before the Subordinate Court, Paramakudi, for restitution of conjugal rights.

2. In view of allowing of Tr.C.M.P(MD)No.217 of 2016 and already H.M.O.P.No.80 of 2016 is also ordered to be tried along with H.M.O.P.No.441 of 2016, the present Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition deserves no consideration and accordingly, the same is dismissed. No Costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
