This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents and their men not to harass the petitioner by way of foisting false case against the petitioner

Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) for the respondents. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that the petitioner is having three previous cases and he is a history sheeted rowdy. In view of the same, the petitioner shall be called for enquiry by the respondent Police.
