No.7281/2022 dated 22.04.2022.

Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.S.A.AJMALKHAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.M.VAIKKAM KARUNANITHI, Government Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner to release on bail without depositing the amount of Rs.3,00,000/- made in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.7281 of 2022 dated 22.04.2022. 2.Even though on earlier occasion, condition was imposed upon the petitioner to deposit a sum of Rs.3,00,000/- to the credit of Crime No.29 of 2022 before the concerned Court, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that since the petitioner is in judicial custody, he is unable to mobilize the funds.

3.To that effect, the condition can be modified and no reduction of the amount can be made.

CRL MP(MD) No.6562 of 2022 period of 15 days from the date of release of bail, he shall deposit a sum of Rs.3,00,000/- to the credit of Crime No.29 of 2022 before the concerned Court.
