RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to extend the time prescribed in the order passed by this Honble Court in Crl.OP.(MD).No.961 of 2022 dated 24.1.2022 for enabling the Petitioner to comply the condition set-forth in the same. Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.VADIVEL A, Advocate for the petitioner and M/S.M.VAIKKAM KARUNANITHI, Government Advocate (Criminal Side) for the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time prescribed in the order passed by this Court in Crl.OP(MD)No.961 of 2022 dated 24.01.2022.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks time to produce sureties. Due to financial crisis, the petitioner is unable to execute sureties with in the stipulated time as per the order of Crl.OP(MD)No.961 of 2022 dated 24.01.2022.

3. In view of the same, time granted by this Court vide order dated 24.01.2022 in Crl.OP(MD)No.961 of 2022 is extended further

for a period of fifteen days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
