ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition had been filed seeking direction against the second respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of the enquiry, based on the complaint lodged by the third respondent. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner and the third respondent are the brother and sister. The third respondent had given a complaint against her brother stating the he refused to give the 5 sovereigns of gold jewels and cash of Rs.50,000/-, which were received from her. During the enquiry, both the petitioner and the third respondent given an undertaking that both will work out their remedy before the competent Civil Court. Based on the undertaking, the said complaint given by the third respondent was closed.
