K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI Government Advocate on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- The petitioner filed this petition for relaxing the condition imposed by this Court on this petitioner in Crl.A.(MD)No.11 of 2012 and M.P.(MD)No.1 of 2012 dated 21.02.2012 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is abiding the condition imposed by this Court from the year 2012.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly from the year 2012.
