Mr.K.Sathiyasingh COMMON ORDER After hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned Special Government Pleader for the official respondent and the learned counsel for the respondents 2 and 3, both the Writ Petitions are disposed of.
2.Insofar as W.P.(MD)No.825 of 2019 is concerned, there shall be an order directing the respondents to collect the rent for 77 sq.ft., which is leased to the petitioner and also to collect rent for 100 sq.ft. which is the backside portion of the shop occupied by the petitioner, including the arrears of rent. 3.Insofar as W.P.(MD)No.13627 of 2019 is concerned, liberty is given to the respondents to initiate appropriate proceedings in accordance with law. The respondents shall pass appropriate orders after hearing the petitioner. The said exercise shall be carried out by the respondents within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
4.These Writ Petitions are disposed of with the above direction. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
