Considering the limited relief sought for by the petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of, directing the 1st respondent to hear the pending appeal of the petitioner, dated 24.01.2025 and pass final orders, after affording a fair opportunity to the petitioner and the respondents 2,3 and 4, within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
