ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed to relax the condition No.(ii) imposed in Crl.M.P. No. 1313 of 2026 by the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Madurai 2/4

2.Heard both sides.

3.Considering the averments stated by the petitioners in the petition, nature of offence and the stage of investigation, this Court is inclined to modify the condition No.(ii) imposed by the Principal District and Sessions Judge, Maduraiin Crl.MP No.1313 of 2026 to the effect that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent Police daily at 10.30a.m., until further orders. All other conditions imposed in the said petition shall remain intact.

4.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is ordered. 10.04.2026 PNM TO 1.The Principal District and Sessions Judge, Madurai
