It is noted that the petitioner had participated in the tender which has been challenged in this writ petition. Pursuant to the 2/3

interim order, the petitioner has also declared as successful bidder and the term had come to an end. Therefore, nothing further survives for adjudication in this writ petition. Therefore, the Writ Petitions are dismissed. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
