ORDER

This civil revision petition is filed seeking a direction to the learned Sub Judge, Tiruchendur to dispose of the appeal in A.S.No.368 of 2017 within a time stipulated by this Court.

2.The learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the respondent herein has filed an appeal in A.S.No.368 of 2017 on the file of the Sub Court, Tiruchendur as against the judgment and decree passed in O.S.No.141 of 2010 passed by the learned District Munsif, Srivaikundam. Though the appeal was filed in the year 2017 and the arguments were also completed, judgment has not been passed so far and therefore, the petitioner is constrained to file this civil revision petition.

3.This Court being satisfied with the reasons stated by the petitioner, directs the learned Sub Judge, Tiruchendur to dispose of the appeal in A.S.No.368 of 2017 within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of this order. 4.The Civil Revision Petition is disposed of on the above terms. No costs.
