ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 465, 468, 471, 420, 409 r/w 109 IPC and Section 13(2) r/w 13(1)(c) of the Prevention of Corruption Act, in Crime No.16 of 2017, seeks anticipatory bail.
2.Co-accused were granted anticipatory bail by this Court. 3.Taking into the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner with certain conditions. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on his appearance before the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate cum Special Judge, Tanjore at Kumbakonam, and on him executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only)each with two sureties for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned and on further condition that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation. The petitioner shall comply with the conditions stipulated under Section 438 Cr.P.C. Scrupulously.

4.The petitioner shall appear before the concerned Magistrate within a period of 15 days from the date on which the order copy made ready, failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail shall stand dismissed.
