ORDER

The petitioner has filed this petition alleging that the respondent police is harassing her.

2.The petitioner is the wife of one Joseph, a wanted accused in C.C.No. 237 of 2017, before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Vadipatti. According to the learned Government Advocate(crl.side), a non-bailable warrant of arrest is pending as against the said Joseph from the year 2016. Therefore, the police went in search of the petitioner's husband to her house and the same has been projected as if the respondent police is harassing the petitioner. 3.Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner's husband is working in abroad at Saudi Arabia and his visa expires by next week and he will return within a period of 10 days and he is also prepared to surrender before the concerned Court on or before 27.05.2026. 4.It appears that the petitioner's husband an accused is absconding from the year 2016. The petitioner herself has stated that her husband is working in Saudi Arabia and his visa is also going to end by this month. The respondent police can simply secure the petitioner's husband by issuing LOC to the 2/4

Airports, instead they are finding out an easy method of harassing the petitioner, who is a woman.
