ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 420 and 506(i) I.P.C in Crime No.20 of 2018, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) for the respondent.

3. It is a case of job racketing. There are as many as 34 victims'. Amount involved is to the tune of Rs.1,64,00,000/-(Rupees one crore and sixty four lakhs only). This Court is of the view that custodial interrogation of the petitioner is warranted. Hence, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
