Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.D.RAMESHKUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.R.SURESH KUMAR, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P(MD) No.3620 of 2024 in Crl.O.P(MD).No.1162 of 2024 dated 25.03.2024. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been 1/3

complying with the condition imposed by this court regularly. 3.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and also submitted that charge sheet has been filed in P.R.C.No.6 of 2024.

4.Considering the nature of offence, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P(MD) No.3620 of 2024 in Crl.O.P(MD).No.1162 of 2024 dated 25.03.2024 is relaxed and the petitioner shall report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
