O R D E R

This writ petitioner is filed for issuance of writ of mandamus directing the respondents not to interfere in the civil dispute pending in O.S.No.515 of 2011 on the file of the District Munsif, Dindigul by considering the representation of the petitioner dated 03.07.2021.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits the suit in O.S.N.515 of 2011 on the file of the District Munsif, Dindigul is pending against the petitioner and one Rajendran. During the pendency of the suit, the said Rajendran gave a complaint to the second respondent with false allegations. At the instance of the said Rajendran, the second respondent is interfering in the civil dispute. Hence, the petitioner gave a representation dated 03.07.2021.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that a direction may be issued to the second respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner within a stipulated time. 4.Heard both sides.

5. Considering the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner and considering the fact that the civil suit is pending between the parties, this Court is inclined to issue a direction. Accordingly, the second respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 03.07.2021 in accordance with law within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
