ORDER
The petitioner, with a grievance that the respondent police is harassing her, has approached this Court seeking a direction as against the respondent police that they shall not harass the petitioner. 2.Learned Government Advocate(crl.side), submits that a case and counter complaint was received from the petitioner and her opposite party and the same were treated as Petition Enquiry in C.S.R.Nos.90 and 91 of 2026 and the complaints have been closed by the respondent police. According to him, as on date, there is no complaint pending as against the petitioner and they are not harassing the petitioner.
