ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent Police for the offences under Sections 294(b), 323 and 506 (i) I.P.C. in Crime No.not known of 2018 and seek anticipatory bail. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) appearing for the respondent.

3.The respondent is yet to register the First Information Report. The complaint has been registered from one V.Marimuthu. 4.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submit that the petitioners had engaged the said Marimuthu as an employee and gave a sum of Rs.2,25,000/-(Rupees Two Lakhs and Twenty Five Thousand only) to Marimuthu / the de facto complainant. The said Marimuthu appears to have absconded with the said amount. In this regard, panchayat was conducted. Marimuthu had given a sum of Rs.25,000/- to the petitioners herein and issued a cheque for the balance amount of Rs.2,00,000/-. But the cheque got dishonoured. The first petitioner has given a complaint under Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881, on the file of the learned Fast Court No.I (Magistrate Level) and the same is pending.

5.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submit the the de facto complainant has given a false complaint against the petitioners.

6.Taking note of the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners with certain conditions. Accordingly, the petitioners are ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on their appearance before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.VI, Madurai and on their executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) each with two sureties for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned and on further condition that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation. The petitioners shall comply with the conditions stipulated under Section 438 Cr.P.C. scrupulously. 7.The petitioners shall appear before the concerned Magistrate within a period of 15 days from the date on which the order copy made ready, failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail shall stand dismissed.
