ORDER
This writ petition has been filed for the issue of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the second respondent to disburse the EMD and FSD amount that is claimed by the petitioner by considering the representation of the petitioner, dated 12.12.2020. 2.The case of the petitioner is that he had carried out the works and he has also been settled the bill amount. However, the EMD and FSD that are payable to the petitioner is withheld and hence, the petitioner made a representation in this regard and submitted an application, on 12.12.2020, seeking for the refund of the amount. The further case of the petitioner is that the second respondent by letter, dated 19.12.2020, directed the Executive Engineer to submit a report in this regard. The grievance of the petitioner is that there has been absolutely no progress and his representation is kept pending and therefore, left with no other option, the present writ petition has been filed seeking for appropriate directions.
3.Heard Mr.J.Anandkumar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.R.Suresh Kumar, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents.

W.P.(MD).No.12054 of 2021 4.Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and the limited relief sought for in this writ petition, there shall be a direction to the second respondent to take a decision on the representation made by the petitioner, on 12.12.2020 and convey the same to the petitioner, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5.The petitioner is directed to make a fresh representation to the second respondent along with all relevant documents and also a copy of this order.
6.This writ petition is disposed of with the above directions. No costs.
