This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P(MD).No.6217 of 2024 dated 23.04.2024. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition imposed by this court regularly. 3.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly. 4.Considering the nature of the offence, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.MD).No.6217 of 2024 dated 23.04.2024 is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police weekly once (i.e) every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
