(MD) No. 8807 of 2022, Dated. 11.05.2022 and pass any other orders which this Hon`ble Court. Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.HAROON RASHEED.D.S, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.M.VAIKKAM KARUNANITHI, Government Advocate(Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.8807 of 2022 on 11.05.2022.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and investigation is still pending.

4.Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsels, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.8807 of 2022 on 11.05.2022 is modified and the petitioner shall report before the respondent police once in fifteen days at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
