(CRIME NO.528/2021) ... RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to relax the condition imposed by this Honourable Court in Crl.O.P.No.3593 of 2022 dated 28.03.22.

Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.NARAYANAKUMAR K P, Advocate for the petitioner and M/S.M.VAIKKAM KARUNANITHI,Government Advocate (Criminal Side) for the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.MP(MD)No.4039 of 2022 on 28.03.2022 in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.3593 of 2022.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner has complied with the condition regularly and investigation is still pending.

of 2022 on 28.03.2022 in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.3593 of 2022 is modified and the petitioner shall report before the respondent police once in a month, ie., on the first working day of every month at about 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
