Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.ABDUL SUBAHAN K M, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.M.VAIKKAM KARUNANITHI, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the period of time for surrender as well as to comply the condition stipulated in the order passed by this Court in Crl.OP(MD)No.9376 of 2022 dated 18.05.2022. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks time to produce sureties. Due to financial crisis, the petitioner is unable to execute sureties with in the stipulated time as per the order of Crl.OP(MD)No.9376 of 2022 dated 18.05.2022.

3. In view of the same, time granted by this Court vide order dated 18.05.2022 in Crl.OP(MD)No.9376 of 2022 of 2021 is extended further for a period of fifteen days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
