Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2.The petitioner wants this Court to direct the Department to take action against the management of the respondent school. 3.The petitioner's counsel places reliance on the FIR registered in Crime No.73 of 2021 on the file of Kamuthi Police Station. 2/4

4.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the fourth respondent submits that the said FIR has been closed as mistake of fact. Since the competent authority is cognizant of the petitioner's complaint, it is for the competent authority to take a call in the matter. This Court will not be justified in issuing any direction as such.
