O R D E R

[Order of the Court was made by K.KALYANASUNDARAM, J.] The petitioner has filed this habeas corpus petition seeking direction to the respondents to produce his wife, namely, S.Sumathy, aged about 31 years, before this Court and set her at liberty.

2. According to the petitioner, he married the detenue about 12 years back as per Hindu rites and customs and out of their wedlock, they are having two children. It is further stated that from 02.07.2020, the detenue is found missing due to some matrimonial disputes.

3. Today, the petitioner as well as the detenue appeared before this Court through Video Conferencing. On enquiry, the detenue informed that now, she is residing with her maternal aunt in Sungurampatti Village near Thirumangalam and willing to reside with her parents.

4. In the light of the above statement of the detenue, the habeas corpus petition is dismissed as no further orders are necessary.
