ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by R.SURESHKUMAR, J.] This Contempt Petition is filed for the alleged disobedience of the order passed by this Court in W.A.(MD)No.1324 of 2016, dated 12.02.2018. 2.Under the said order, the Division Bench of this Court directed the respondents / contemnors to pay salary due payable to the petitioner in four instalments and the 1st instalment shall be commenced from 16.04.2018. 3.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents has submitted that the 1st instalment

was paid on 30.05.2018, the 2nd instalment was paid on 25.06.2018, the 3rd instalment was paid on 12.09.2018 and the final instalment was paid on 24.12.2018. Totally, a sum of Rs.4,22,700/- (Rupees Four Lakhs Twenty Two Thousand Seven Hundred Only) had been paid, which was due payable to the petitioner. Therefore, the order of this Court has been fully complied with and in respect of his contention, he has produced necessary receipt ie., acknowledgment given by the petitioner.

4.In view of the said compliance, we feel that this Contempt Petition can be closed, accordingly, it is closed.
