ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the respondents to consider the petitioner's complaint dated 14.06.2018 pending on the file of the 2nd respondent and initiate appropriate action in accordance with law and register a case and investigate the same within a time frame.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents and perused the materials placed on record.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that pursuant to the receipt of the complaint preferred by the petitioner, summons were served by affixing on the door of the petitioner's premises. He also produced photographs to prove the same and the same is taken on record. Even thereafter, the petitioner did not turn up to cooperate for enquiry. Therefore, the petitioner's complaint was closed.

4. In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. It is open to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law before appropriate forum, if it is permissible under law.
