2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.8820 of 2020 on 21.08.2020 regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

4. Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsel, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.8820 of 2020 on 21.08.2020 is relaxed and the petitioner shall report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
