The petitioner seeks for quash of the FIR in Crime No.1273 of 2021 on the file of the first respondent.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that the investigation is completed and a final report in STC No.1665 of 2025 has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Thanjavur and hence, nothing survives for further adjudication.
