ORDER

This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in the order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD). No.3951 of 2025, dated 03.03.2025.

2. Mr.K.Mahendran, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, submits that the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

3. Mr.S.S.Manoj, learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent- Police submits that the petitioners have complied with the conditions regularly without any violation.

4. In view of the compliance made by the petitioners, this Court is inclined to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in the said Criminal Original Petition.

5. Accordingly, this petition is allowed and condition No.7(iii) imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD). No.3951 of 2025, dated 03.03.2025, is hereby fully relaxed. The other conditions shall hold good.
