Alleging wilful disobedience of the order dated 26.04.2024, in W.P.(MD)No.10259 of 2024, this Contempt Petition has been filed. 1/3

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, it is submitted that the order of this Court dated 26.04.2024 has been complied by the respondent by issuing G.O.(D)No.499, Health and Family Welfare (D2) Department, dated 14.05.2025 and the review application filed by the petitioner has been rejected by the respondent.

3. Since the order of this Court has been complied by the respondent, this Contempt Petition stands closed. If the petitioner has any grievance over the order passed by the respondent, he can workout the remedy in the manner known to law.
