ORDER : The Court made the following order :- Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, Mr.S.S. Manoj the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent - Police, submits that the respondent-police has registered a case for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 296(b), 324(2) and 351(2) of BNS, 2023 in Crime Number 42 of 2025 on the file of respondent -police. The aforesaid submission is recorded.
2. Offences alleged are all bailable offences. Hence, this petition under Section 482 of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 is not maintainable. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as not maintainable. The petitioner shall surrender before the concerned Judicial Magistrate Court and apply for regular bail if the petitioner desires or if he offers advice.
