This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Cr.M.P.No. 945 of 2026 dated 25.03.2026
2. Heard both sides and perused the materials available on record.
3. Considering the reasons stated by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the fact that the petitioner has complied with the conditions imposed by this Court for only 12 days and the considering the nature of offences, the condition imposed by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Tenkasi is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on alternate Saturday at 10.00a.m., for a period of one month.
4. This petition is ordered accordingly.
