ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to provide adequate police protection to the petitioner and his family for their life and limb. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that so far no representation/complaint has been received from the petitioner. 3.The petitioner is at liberty to give fresh representation/ Complaint. On receipt of such representation/complaint, the same shall be disposed of by the respondent police within a period of one week from the date of receipt of such representation, by summoning the petitioner as well as the rival parties, on its own merits and in accordance with law. Depending upon the outcome of the enquiry, further action be taken either by the competent authority or by the petitioner, if he is aggrieved.
