This Writ Petition has been filed for the release of vehicle two wheeler TVS Jupiter Grande bearing Registration No.TN 48 AP 1818, stated to have been involved in a prohibition offence.
2. The learned Government Advocate would submit that already proceedings under the Tamil Nadu Prohibition Act, has been initiated for confiscation of the vehicle.
3. In such view of the matter, as of now, no orders could be passed in this writ petition. It is for the Confiscating Authority to follow the mandate of law and pass orders. 4.With the above observation, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
