O R D E R This Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C, to direct the respondents to drop the further action in Crime No.365 of 2022 and file referred charge sheet before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Manapparai, on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 04.04.2023.

2. The petitioner's father is facing charges under Sections 279 and 337 of IPC in Crime No.365 of 2022, dated 04.11.2022.

3. Now the grievance of the petitioner is that the petitioner's father is aged about 65 years. So the petitioner has made a representation, dated 04.04.2023 to drop the proceedings against his father.

4. The representation that has made by the petitioner is not at all legal and not at all acceptable. The third respondent is directed to complete the above said investigation on its own course within two months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. If the petitioner's father is aggrieved over the outcome of the investigation process, he can workout his remedy through appropriate proceedings. 2/4

6. With the above said direction and liberty, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
