ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 353, 307 and 379 IPC (Sand Theft) r/w.Section 21(4) of MMDR Act in Crime No.8 of 2015, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) appearing for the respondent Police.

3.The petitioner's earlier anticipatory bail was dismissed for having some previous cases and huge quantity of sand is involved.
