PRAYER :- For Bail in Crime No. 102 of 2022 on the file of the respondent police.

ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioners/A8, A6 and A4, who were arrested on 26.06.2021 for the alleged offence under Sections 395 and 427 of IPC, in Crime No.102 of 2022 on the file of the respondent police, seek bail. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the co-accused, A3 namely Muthukumar @ Pulipandi was granted regular bail by the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Ramanathapuram, a copy of which has also been produced. He would further submit that A5 was also granted regular bail by the very same Court, vide order dated 03.06.2022.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) for the respondent submitted that so far a sum of Rs.15,000/- has been recovered. He would further submit that the 1st petitioner/A8 is having no previous cases and the petitioners 2 and 3 are having more than one previous cases.

CRL OP(MD). No.10362 of 2022 4.Considering the facts and circumstances of this case that the 1st petitioner is not having any previous case at his credit and considering the duration of custody, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the 1st petitioner alone with certain conditions. 5.Accordingly, the 1st petitioner is ordered to be released on bail, on executing a personal bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Thiruvadanai, Ramanathapuram District, and on further condition that the 1st petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.
