ORDER

This petition has been filed to to enlarge the petitioner on bail in the event of his arrest in connection with Crime No.40/2021, on the file of the respondent.

2.Earlier petition filed by the petitioner was dismissed on 14.06.2021 on the ground that the offence alleged against the petitioner is against the poor man's economy. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that only the driver of the vehicle, without the knowledge of the petitioner has involved in the offence and actually the petitioner is not having any previous case of similar nature. 4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that totally four accused in this crime and out of them, three accused have been arrested. Crl.O.P(MD).No.9897 of 2021 5.Since there is no change of circumstances and it is the offence against the poor man's economy, no consideration can be entertained. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is liable to be dismissed and accordingly it is dismissed.
