PRAYER:- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorari, calling for the records of the impugned notice in Na.Ka.Aa1/638/2019 dated 13.06.2019 on the file of the fifth respondent and quash the same as illegal, incompetent and without jurisdiction.

2. Petitioner's application for grant of patta shall be decided within eight weeks from today. If the order to be passed is adverse to petitioner's interest, no action to be taken for a further period of four weeks.
