ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking direction to the 2nd respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry on the complaint given by the 3rd respondent. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the third respondent enquiry is undertaken and during the course of enquiry they found that it is a landlord and tenant dispute.

3.Since it is a landlord and tenant dispute between the parties, let the complaint be closed by directing or advising the parties to workout their remedies through appropriate civil proceedings. 4.With the above said directions, this criminal original petition is disposed of.
